Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at odisea.tours or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services. ODISEA reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Our Services

ODISEA provides guided walking tours, architectural tours, and excursions in and around Prague, Czech Republic. All tours are led by trained guides and are subject to availability. Tour descriptions, itineraries, and schedules published on our website are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to change due to weather, local events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by ODISEA.

Booking Process

• Select your tour, preferred date, time, and number of guests on our website
• Provide your contact information and any special requirements
• Complete payment to confirm your booking — you will receive a confirmation email

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the price quoted at the time of booking. Children under 12 receive a 50% discount.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our guides.

Cancellation by You

• More than 24 hours before the tour: Full refund
• Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund
• No-show: No refund

Cancellation by ODISEA

In the rare event that we need to cancel a tour (e.g., due to extreme weather or safety concerns), we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible via the email or phone number provided at booking.

Guest Conduct

• Follow the instructions and guidance of your tour guide at all times
• Arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time
• Behave respectfully toward other guests, guides, and the local environment
• ODISEA reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate, without refund

Liability

ODISEA takes reasonable steps to ensure the safety and quality of all tours. However, participation in tours is at your own risk.

Limitations of Liability

• ODISEA is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during tours, except where caused by our negligence
• We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (force majeure), including severe weather, strikes, or government restrictions
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the tour in question

Intellectual Property

All content on the ODISEA website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and tour descriptions — is the property of ODISEA and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
